Developing a KnoxEntry Rapid Access Program

  • The designated campus department coordinates with their local law enforcement agency(s) to provide keys and the details on the corresponding installation locations. (Consider adding law enforcement access for the KnoxBox and key into your active shooter drills to build familiarity). Regularly update contents to ensure they are updated and accurate when needed.

Institutions of higher education can now provide law enforcement with rapid access into locked doors during active shooter incidents with the KnoxEntry System.

Customizable for an entire campus with features that fit each building's layout and needs. The System provides secure access into locked doors for law enforcement with a collaboratively administered process that includes school administrators and/or safety directors.
